Official medical disclosures, clinical limitations, prescription policies, and financial terms for Clark Wellness, PLLC (formerly The Crouch Clinic).
Scope of Practice & Primary Care Coordination
Clark Wellness offers treatment for weight control and certain medical conditions associated with overweight and obesity. You should continue to see your primary care provider for routine health maintenance and screening and management for all other medical problems.
Clark Wellness will refer you back to your primary care provider for medical problems that are beyond the scope of the practice that may be discovered by lab work or on physical examination. We manage weight control exclusively at the clinic; management of blood pressure, diabetes, and other chronic and acute conditions will be deferred to your PCP.
