We provide medically supervised weight loss for obesity and overweight conditions. Not everyone needs or qualifies for prescription appetite suppressants.

- ✓Committed to lifestyle & nutrition guidance
- ✕Patients under 18 or 60+ years of age
- ✕BMI reaches ideal body weight or BMI < 21
- ✕History of Chest Pain, Heart Disease, or Stroke
- ✕Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure or Arrhythmia
- ✕Glaucoma (certain types)
In-Person Requirement
Required in-person visit once every 3 months.
Non-Refundable Deposit
$75 deposit applies toward total first-visit cost.

History of Our Weight Control Clinic
Formerly Operating as The Crouch Clinic (Since 1993)
The Weight Control Clinic operated as The Crouch Clinic in Hamilton, Texas for over 30 years, primarily treating patients for weight control and obesity-related conditions. In March 2022, we expanded to open our Waco location on Bosque Blvd.
Our program utilizes proven principles developed over 40+ years of clinical experience and research by N.C. Crouch, D.O. and Mark Crouch, D.O. These include specific dietary protocols, fat-burning exercise methods, neurotransmitter/hormone optimization, and compounded prescription appetite suppressants.
Angelica Clark PA-C, IFMCP worked alongside Dr. Crouch starting in 2008 and transitioned the practice into Clark Wellness, PLLC with Medical Director Dr. Vivian Asamoah MD on January 1st, 2023.
